The Woman Behind Iron & Grace Method

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I created  the Iron & Grace Method for women who are tired of feeling like they have to choose between results and sustainability. As a Registered Nurse with a background in nutrition, fitness, and health education, I’ve seen how easy it is for women to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, under-eating, overtraining, and feeling frustrated with their body. I wanted to create something different. Iron & Grace Method is built to help women better understand their body and create real change through nutrition, movement, hormones, supplements, and sustainable lifestyle habits — in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and maintainable.
